Welcome to Jura, a remote island off the West Coast of Scotland. Only 60 miles from the mainland yet it feels like an entire world away; an ancient landscape of wild mountains, peaceful lochs and stormy seas. With just one road, one pub, one distillery and a very distinct micro-climate, it’s not an easy place to make whisky but we believe it’s the best.

JURA SUPERSTITION

Lightly peated – that’s nicely smoky to you. Islanders were a superstitious lot in the past. As a nod to them, and to our island home, still dotted with ancient stones and markings, we called this expression Superstition. When you raise a glass of this whisky, you’re raising a glass to the ancient ways of our island.

DIURACHS’ OWN

Rich and full-bodied with hints of citrus fruit and toffee. Nurtured for sixteen long years, this is the whisky of choice for the people of Jura. To honour this special relationship, the symbol of the Diurachs adorns each and every bottle.

JURA PROPHECY

Heavily peated with a sweet and spicy finish. It’s said that centuries ago, an old seer prophesied that the last Campbell to leave the island would be penniless. In 1938, this came to be. To mark the legend, the seer’s symbol watches over every bottle.

Isle of Jura 21

Full and fragrant. Notes of toffee and fudge, a touch of vanilla with a spread of sweet nuts. There are honeyed notes creeping in with tones Tokaji and port. Good body with notes of winter cake, damson jam, marzipan and an uprising of cooked fruit with winter spice and fudge.
